  • What is the the benefits of enrolling in the long-term programs over the monthly programs?

    Longer-term programs provide more time for individuals to establish and solidify healthy eating habits. Consistency is key to seeing lasting results.


    Building healthy habits over an extended period increases the likelihood of maintaining good health in the long run, reducing the risk of chronic diseases.


    Both programs can be effective in promoting healthy habits, but the specific approach that is best for you will depend on your individual needs and goals. 

  • How do I decide which program is best for me?

    You can schedule a free 15-minute call to help you determine which program is best for you by clicking HERE.

  • How do I schedule my sessions after I purchase a program?

    You'll be able to use the client portal to make appointments or reschedule sessions. We use the Healthie app.

  • What is the format of the sessions?

    Sessions will be conducted virtually through the client portal's teleconsultation feature. 

  • What if I need to reschedule a session?

    You can reschedule a session provided it's done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. However, sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. 

  • Can I request a refund?

    The Wellness Whisk does not offer exchanges, returns or refunds. You are highly encouraged to thoroughly review the packages and items in your cart before proceeding with payment and purchase. 

  • Do you have a referral program?

    Yes, you can refer a friend to enroll and receive one complimentary session added to your current package for every referred friend who registers.
